Several new resources have been added and trained to meet the surge in support demands. The IT Support Center is positioned to take support calls on the phone and resolve many of the problems at the time of the call. Additionally, IT Support Services is staffed with 3 IT Specialists to provide remote technical assistance and desk-side support for University owned equipment. There are 3 trained student workers to service students and employees’ non-university owned (personal) computers at the BA 156 walk-in facility. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>Faculty, Staff and Students, you are welcome to drop off your university-owned laptop or personal computer for service to the BA 156 walk-in facility. A work request or incident ticket will be submitted in your name for resolution.
