I checked them out last night and though there is no Application Fee to apply for the ‘scholarship’ there is the following instructions on their application:<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal>Send $5 (cash only to help defray mail handling, document shredding and product costs) to our scholarship administration PO Box only.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The saying “let the buyer BEWARE” is very applicable in this case. It is also applicable to any organization, agency, company, that says cash only is accepted and the transaction is through the internet.
