I encourage you to attend this event to meet and listen to Alan Veingrad. Mr. Veingrad came to this university on a football scholarship where he was an All-American and also won National Strength and Conditioning All-American honors. He graduated with a degree in accounting in 1986. He was inducted into our Hall of Fame in October 2006. He went on to play for the Green Bay Packers and the Dallas Cowboys, who won Super Bowl XXVII on January 31, 1993, playing in a total of 86 games in his NFL career. He was inducted into the National Jewish Sports Hall of Fame in 2010.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Mr. Veingrad has been a superstar in the world of business since his retirement from the NFL. He has consistently exceeded the revenue expectations for his divisional responsibilities and exceeded the performance goals of his sales teams. In his role as inspirational leader, innovative strategist, and consummate deal-maker, he has proven his ability to create rapport with employees at all levels of the organization from the mailroom to the boardroom.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>In his presentations, he uses sports metaphors to illustrate his transformational journey. He shares his values and personal practices with his audiences, offering a highly motivational presentation.
