</span>To begin the event, each Chef is given a specific dish to create </span></font></p>

<p class="NoSpacing" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><font face="Calibri"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt">the Chef, taking note of the ingredients and preparations the Chef uses.</span></font></p>

</span>On the day of the competition, each of the Chef’s assistants </font></span></p>

<p class="NoSpacing" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt"><font face="Calibri">freedom to interact with students and rally up student votes for their own

<p class="NoSpacing" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt"><font face="Calibri">dish. The Chefs are also encouraged to assist in the creation of the specific

<p class="NoSpacing" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt"><font face="Calibri">dish on the day of the event, adding to the friendly competitive atmosphere.
