here!

As you trade heavy books for light novels, you start to savor the fact that you
have more free time on your hands.

With no papers or finals to worry about, the summer break is the perfect time
to sit back, relax, and think about your emotional well-being: Are you eating
healthy? Drinking too much? Stressed all the time?

And if you are taking summer classes, you may be feeling the
stress related with a faster pace and little time to complete
assignments. Many of you will have three day weekends and head for the
lake or the night life of Dallas.

This summer, and year round, the Counseling Center is offering free, anonymous
online mental health self-assessments to help students identify the symptoms of
anxiety disorders, depression, and alcohol problems. Visit <a

to begin the anonymous questionnaire.
The questionnaires are confidential and provide immediate feedback as well as
information on how to get help.
