Center is calling for submissions for the first Biannual Student Photography
Contest.<br>

submitting the prints must be a registered student of Texas A&M
University-Commerce. </span><o:p></o:p></li>

portrayed, the subjects must have given the
photographer permission or “informed consent” to have the photographs
