be in the air as Texas A&M University-Commerce alumni, students and friends
build spirit for the Lion’s team as they meet at the first tailgate party
of the season on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2009.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal style='text-autospace:none'>The fun begins at 3:00 p.m. on
the grassy area between Gee Lake and North of the Morris Recreation Center<span
style='color:#1F497D'> </span>(Parking Lot C) before the Lions kick off their
home opener against Central Oklahoma at 6 p.m. in Memorial Stadium.<span
style='color:navy'> </span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal style='text-autospace:none'>The Tailgate Committee will
again be sponsoring a spirit award to participating student
organizations. First place will receive $200, second place will receive
$125 and third place will receive $75. Student organizations must be present
at tailgate and at the game to be eligible to win. The prize money is
awarded in the last five minutes of the game.<span style='color:#1F497D'><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal style='text-autospace:none'><span style='font-size:10.0pt;
font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'> <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal style='text-autospace:none'>Campus Dining will offer fried
chicken and sides for $7.75 to be served under the blue and gold tent.
Students will be served their dining plan meal on the lawn. Campus Dining will
accept meal plans and cash. Join the cheerleaders and the Pride Marching
Band at 5:30 p.m. to lead us into the stadium for the game.<o:p></o:p></p>

style='color:#1F497D'>Big Blue Chair</span></i> sponsored by the Campus
Activities Board at tailgate and get your picture made in the chair and receive
a key chain! DJ CUT will be playing your favorite sounds.<o:p></o:p></p>

tailgate meal tickets for alumni or special guests will need to contact
