4 is Big Event Day, where the community and A&amp;M-Commerce come together to
improve the appearance and safety of Commerce.&nbsp; Attached is more
information about the projects as well as a project proposal form.&nbsp; </span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>Please
read over the materials as well as look about your surroundings and see what
you can do to clean up or improve the appearance of your property, a neighbor&#8217;s
property, local business such as the Commerce Library, a roadway, a park or an
area on the university campus.&nbsp; Once you determine a project, turn in the
form to the Chamber and let us know what you are doing.&nbsp; People taking
pride in their properties and the community are an encouragement to others and
we want to pass the information on to let people know what is being done.&nbsp;
Project forms may also be picked up at the Chamber at 1114 Main.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

and Paper Recycling and Document Shredding at Farmers Market will again take
place on the morning of April 4 from </span><o:p></o:p></p>

a.m. to 1 p.m. and we encourage you to take advantage of these two
activities.&nbsp; </span><o:p></o:p></p>
