<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: auto 0in; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN 
style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'"><FONT color=#000000>Randy is majoring 
in Human Performance with a concentration in the Motor Behavior/Biomechanics 
Track.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </SPAN>In a nutshell, Randy takes 
care of business!<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </SPAN>As a junior, he 
has maintained a 3.9 GPA even though he has taken some very difficult courses.

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: auto 0in; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN 
style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'"><FONT color=#000000>His motivation to 
succeed does not stop in the classroom.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; 
</SPAN>When Randy saw an academic advising hold on his account, he made an 
appointment with our office and took care of it right away—before it became an 
issue.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: auto 0in; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN 
style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'"><FONT color=#000000>Randy is also 
always prepared.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </SPAN>He comes to 
advising appointments knowing what courses he needs to take for his major, as 
well as the pre-requisites required for his future master’s program.<SPAN 
style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </SPAN>Randy knows approximately how long it 
will take to complete his degree and has researched his options at the master’s 
level among different universities.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;
