font-family:"TremorITC TT"'>The exhibition is the twenty-first in a series of
annual juried exhibitions. This exhibition was selected by Aimee Chang,
Curator of Contemporary Art at the Orange County Museum of Art, <st1:City
w:st="on">Newport Beach</st1:City>, <st1:State w:st="on">California</st1:State>,
and former Exhibition Coordinator and Assistant Curator, <st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Hammer</st1:PlaceName>
<st1:PlaceType w:st="on">Museum</st1:PlaceType>, <st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place
w:st="on">Los Angeles</st1:place></st1:City>. It was organized by
ArtHouse at the <st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Jones</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType
w:st="on">Center</st1:PlaceType> in <st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Austin</st1:place></st1:City>
and is part of its Art On Tour programming. The <i><span style='font-style:
italic'>twenty-first </span></i>showcases the work of 59 artists from the <st1:country-region
w:st="on">United States</st1:country-region>--21 of whom currently live and
work in <st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Texas</st1:place></st1:State>.
This exhibition of cutting edge contemporary art includes paintings,
works on paper, prints, photographs, sculptures, video and digital works. The
media these artists use is as diverse as colored pencil, watercolor, satellite
imagery, stop-motion animation and umbrella parts. <br>

generously supported by the National Endowment for the Arts. ArtHouse is

through the Cultural Arts Division and the Texas Commission on the Arts.<br>
