would like to take this opportunity to provide you with information that is mandated
by the Department of Education. The Department of Education mandates that
the University notify students annually about the Family Educational Rights and
Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974, as amended. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

essence of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974, as
amended is to protect the students’ right to inspect and review
information contained in their student records, to protect disclosure of
student information, and provide a process for students who wish to withhold directory
information. </span></font><font face=Garamond><span style='font-family:Garamond'>The
attached student pamphlet will provide you with detailed i<font color=black><span
style='color:black'>nformation </span></font>regarding FERPA, and hard copies
