font-family:Arial'>Congressman Ralph Hall of Rockwall will be the keynote
speaker at a Constitution Day observance Monday, September 18, 2006, at 10:00
a.m. in the Performing Arts Center Auditorium. Congressman Hall
represents the Fourth Congressional District in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:State
w:st="on">Texas</st1:State></st1:place>, and as many of you know, he is a very
interesting speaker with close to four decades of public service at the local,
state and national level. <b><span style='font-weight:bold'>Faculty
members who have classes scheduled at 10:00 a.m. are not expected to dismiss
their classes; however, I encourage all others who do not have class during
that hour to attend. Members of the staff should attend, also, inasmuch
as possible</span></b>. The program will last approximately fifty
minutes.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
