<p class=MsoNormal><font size=5 face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:
16.0pt'>In accordance with Texas Education Code Section 54.0513 and with the
approval of the Chancellor of the Texas A&amp;M University System, a public
hearing will be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2006 at 3:00 PM in the McDowell Business
Administration Building, Room 290.&nbsp; The hearing will be conducted to
consider a proposed increase of $15 per semester credit hour for designated
tuition at Texas A&amp;M University-Commerce for all students, beginning in the
Fall of 2006.&nbsp; The amount of increase under consideration and the proposed
use of those additional revenues will be presented and explained.&nbsp; All
interested are welcome and invited to attend this important hearing.&nbsp; The
results of this hearing will be presented by A&amp;M-Commerce President Keith
McFarland to the Board of Regents along with his specific recommendations at
the March 2006 meeting.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
