This year’s event is scheduled for <b><i>Saturday - October 29, 2005</i></b>. Awards will be given for 1<font size=1><sup>st</sup></font> , 2<font size=1><sup>nd</sup></font> and 3rd place and also for Best Showmanship. Each participating team will receive a t-shirt and 2 tickets to the A&M-C Lions football game. The cook-off will begin at 7:30 a.m. with judging beginning at 11:30 a.m. Chili tasting for visitors will begin after the judging - while quantities last.<br><br>
The University tailgate party continues at 12 noon<font color="#000080"> </font>with lunch being served in the Blue & Gold tent for $6.<font color="#000080"> </font>Game kick-off is 2 p.m. So come show your spirit as the A&M-C Lions take on the West Texas A&M Buffaloes!!!!<br><br>
