[Students] Drop/Withdrawal Information

[A&M-Commerce Students]

Please View Important Drop/Withdrawal Information Below:
Spring 2025 16 Week Classes
Drop - The process in which a student 'drops' one or more classes, while staying enrolled in at least one other class.
*        Students have the option to Drop classes via myLEO, if they do not have any active registration holds.
o   Login to myLEO > select the Student Resources tab > select Registration Menu > select Register for Classes > choose the current Term > under 'Action' column, select the drop down arrow, next to the course you want to Drop and choose 'Course Drop' > select the Submit button
The last day to Drop, with NO refund, is March 28, 2025.

Students can also submit a Request for Drop form by visiting: https://dms.tamuc.edu/Forms/DropAddForm

Students with holds must contact their Academic Advisor.

Withdrawal - The process in which a student 'drops' all of their classes or their only class for the semester.

  *   If a student wishes to WITHDRAW from a class they MUST complete a Withdrawal form and submit to the Registrar's Office.
     *   February 10, 2025 is the LAST DAY to WITHDRAW with a partial refund of charges.
     *   The last day to withdraw, with NO refund, is April 17,2025.

Students are required to submit a Withdrawal form in order to withdraw from the semester. The form is located at: https://dms.tamuc.edu/Forms/withdrawalform
