I want to take a moment to reach out to you during what might be a challenging time. As the Dean of Students at East Texas A&M University, my priority is your wellbeing—and I want you to know that you are not alone on this journey.
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and feelings of hopelessness or despair may surface. Please remember: seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. There are people who care about you and are ready to support you.
