Weather Advisory

Lion Community,

The National Weather Service has advised of scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms, some strong to severe, that are expected this afternoon and evening along and ahead of a southward surging cold front. Large hail and damaging wind gusts are the primary threats, but isolated tornadoes are also possible northeast of the Metroplex.

Continue to monitor local weather conditions and news forecasts to stay safe and act accordingly.
