[Students] The Lion Food Pantry: Opening on Thursday Next Week

[A&M-Commerce Students]

Hey Lions!

Due to the "It's On Us" event, hosted by Title IX & Compliance, Student
Engagement, and Student Advocacy & Support, the pantry will be opening on
Thursday, October 28, 2021 next week! Keep an eye out for more details on
the "It's On Us" event, or email us at CARE at tamuc.edu with any questions
regarding that event.
Remember to wear your Halloween costume to our next opening! You will be
entered for a chance to win a prize!

The Lion Food Pantry is open to all current Texas A&M University-Commerce
students to utilize, where they can receive food, hygiene items, and other
necessities. The Pantry will be open October 28, 2021 from 11:00 am to 4:00
pm! You are not required to pre-register or schedule an appointment, unless
you are needing emergency assistance outside of Wednesdays, or in this
case, Thursday, from 11:00am - 4:00pm. We are located at Craddock Hall 1A
(B9 on the campus map). You can also locate us by searching the pantry on
Google Maps! If you need to schedule an emergency appointment, please email
lionpantry at tamuc.edu.

Please bring your student ID! Masks are encouraged.

We want to encourage all students to utilize the Lion Food Pantry to its
fullest extent, including volunteer opportunities! If you are in need of
volunteer hours or just want to help out in your community, please consider
signing up for some shifts throughout the semester for Pantry Organization
(Tuesday afternoons) or Food Distribution (Wednesday hours)! No experience
is required and we will provide everyone with a short training! You can
