[Students] Student Government Association - COVID-19

[A&M-Commerce Students]

Hello Student Body,

I am reaching out to let you all know that the Student Government
Association is here for you. As you all know, we have transitioned to
online classes, and this is a drastic change for many of us. As a student
body, we have been through a lot this year. We are going to get through
this as well. As student leaders at this University, it is our job to make
sure you all have a great experience and some of you may be going through
things that you don’t quite know how to handle.

Starting today, Student Government will host weekly Senate meetings via
Zoom. We want to extend the invitation to you all and allow you all to be
included. Please take this opportunity allowing your voices to be heard. If
you have any problems, concerns, or questions, do not hesitate to join us.
If you aren’t able to join the meeting, feel free to direct message us on
any social media platform. We will answer any questions that are sent to us.

I hope you all know that I care about each and every one of you and so does
the University. I don’t want any of you to lose motivation or feel as if
you are unable to complete your courses.

The meeting will start at 3:00 p.m. today via Zoom. Please join us! We want
to help as many people as we can.
