[Students] Send Silence Packing

[A&M-Commerce Students]

Good morning,
"Send Silence Packing" is on campus today from 9AM to 4:30PM. Due to weather, "Send Silence Packing" has been moved into the Rayburn Student Center Conference Rooms.
"Send Silence Packing" is an emotionally powerful exhibit that stops at college and university campuses across the country to raise mental health awareness and inspire action for suicide prevention.
For more than a decade, the Send Silence Packing(r) exhibit has traveled the country to end the silence that surrounds mental illness and suicide. This emotionally powerful exhibit is presented by Active Minds, the nation's premier nonprofit organization supporting mental health awareness and education for students.
The exhibit includes personal stories from individuals who have lost a loved one to suicide, and is designed to raise awareness about the impact of suicide, connect individuals to mental health resources, and inspire action for suicide prevention.
The exhibit is sponsored by the Counseling Center and the Dean of Students.
