Summer II 2019 COURSES
PLEASE VIEW IMPORTANT WITHDRAWAL INFORMATION BELOW:
The term Withdrawal is used when a student 'drops' ALL or their LAST CLASS. In order to Withdrawal, you MUST complete a Withdrawal form and submit it to the Registrar's Office for processing. Please click HERE<https://dms.tamuc.edu/Forms/withdrawalform> for the Withdrawal form. Make sure to check any and all boxes for departments whose services apply to you, at the bottom of the Withdrawal form. Services provided by each department are as follows:


*         Financial Aid- Grants, Unsubsidized loans, Subsidized Loans, Parent Plus Loans, Signature Loans, students who will use financial aid in future semesters, etc.

*         Housing- Housing charges, Meal Plans, etc.

*         Bursar's Office (Student Accounts)- Tuition Loans, Payment Plans, Tuition Exemption Waivers, etc.

*         UC College/Success Coach- Freshman or Transfer students who fall under a Success Coach only

*         International Students Office- International Students only

*         Athletics Office- Student Athletes or students with Athletic Office holds only

*         Veteran Services- Chapter 33, Hazlewood, Other Veteran Benefits, students  Veteran Services Office holds, etc.

Withdrawals are processed based on your last date of class participation. Please provide this date on your form, as it is required for processing.
Courses other than the 5 week Summer II 2019 courses are subject to different deadlines.
