[Students] ManeSync ePortfolio transition

[A&M-Commerce Students]

Good afternoon,
Starting June 10th, ManeSync will be down for maintenance as we transition to a new software platform for students and student organizations. ManeSync will be offline till July 15th when our new system will go live. The new platform will not have an ePortfolio. We understand the importance of these documents and the usage of the ePortfolio by many of our students. Due to this, we are putting on trainings in the upcoming weeks for students, staff, and faculty to transition any material from their ePortfolio to their Co-Curricular Transcript so that it will move over to the new system. The new system will provide the same opportunity to upload documents under various experiences (for example: Academics, Employment/Internships, Honors and Awards, and Events/Activities) as the ePortfolio allows. We are very excited about the new platform as it will offer students a more comprehensive look at experiences and growth over their time at A&M-Commerce. This new system will also allow our online students and other campus locations the ability to engage through activities and co-curricular learning.

If you are unable to make a training session please feel free to set up a meeting with myself and I can help you transition any materials you may want to keep.
Attached is also a guide on how to transition items from your ePortfolio to the Co-Curricular Transcript. If you do not transition these materials they will be lost.
