[Students] Update to the parking lot and road repair near P3 complex

[A&M-Commerce Students]

Update to the Parking lot and Road Repair;

*        Please see the map attached
The construction plan is to work on the areas marked 1 & 2 simultaneously. This work has started and is proceeding well.  (During this time access to P3 will be maintained through the front doors.)
This currently eliminates normal access to the frontage road by either Jackson or Walnut streets.

When section 1 or 2 is complete, it will be turned back to the University for use.  At this time work will start on Section 3.

Then, the University will discuss with our SSC partners if we proceed with section 4 also.  If work does proceed, access to the West Halls and New Pride will be provided.

Work on Section 3 or Section 4 will not be started unless we have a lot of confidence that the work will be completed before August 19th.
