Scheduled Maintenance – Transactions related to Lion Card Services

Maintenance Scheduled on July 25, 2016 at 3:30pm
           Auxiliary Services with the assistance of CITE Support will be performing maintenance directly related to the Lion Card server and associated applications.

Services/Applications Impacted:



·         Credit Card Transactions where Lion Card Services are supported

As well as these locations:

·         Mane Card Office

·         RSC Club

·         Pride Shop

·         Campus Dining

·         Retail Food Courts

·         Main Desk at Gee Library

·         Lion Cash Deposits at Financial Services Cashier’s Window

·         Lion Cash Deposits at Metroplex Library

·         AMC’s (self-serve Lion Card deposit services located in Gee Library and Rayburn Student Center)

·         Texas Book Company (Lion Cash tender only)

·         Lion Card workstation access

·         Off Campus Merchants

·         Public copiers (Main Campus, Rockwall, Metroplex)

·         Print labs (Main Campus, Rockwall, Metroplex)

·         AT3000 transaction units (MRC, Health Services, Planetarium)

·         Beverage machines that accept Lion Cash tender

·         Snack machines that accept Lion Cash tender


What you need to do:

Inform anyone within your area or departments that the server will be down starting Monday, July 25, 2016 at 3:30pm. Please leave equipment on, however, do not perform any transactions during this outage.
