[Students] Pokemon Go

[Jason Bone]

With everyone fully immersed in Pokémon GO, it is important to stay safe while still enjoying the game.
Here are some helpful safety tips:

· Watch where you are going, pay attention to your surroundings, and be aware of traffic and fellow pedestrians.

· Do not play while skateboarding, bicycling, or driving! No matter the vehicle, distracted driving is dangerous.

· There is no point to be confronted by angry homeowners or arrested. Stay out of private property unless invited.

· Stay alert at night and do not go out alone. The buddy system is important for safety. Some Pokemon GO creatures only appear while more than one player is in the area.

· Let someone know your itinerary. If it changes, you can always text someone. Stay safe, have fun, and good hunting!
