Unscheduled Outage Update –Voice and Internet

What is happening?
Due to a Fiber cut in the Greenville area, some Telecommunications Services in the Commerce area experienced an outage. This outage affected Phone Service for some businesses and residents in Commerce. It also affected Internet Service for the ResLife buildings. The problem has been resolved and services should be restored for campus buildings.

·         Internet

·         Phone
