[Students] University Rules/Procedures Update

The follow rules/procedures have been approved and updated on the Texas A&M University-Commerce webpage.

               34.05.99.R1 Smoke, Vapor & Tobacco Free Environment<http://www.tamuc.edu/aboutUs/policiesProceduresStandardsStatements/rulesProcedures/34SafetyOfEmployeesAndStudents/34.05.99.R1.pdf>

*         A section Athletic Outdoor Facilities was added.

*         A section on No Smoking signs was removed.

*         Parking lots were removed from restriction.

*         Minor editorial revisions are made to provide consistency and clarity, and other changes are made to conform to system style guidelines

*         The procedure was updated to reflect changes in the annual performance evaluation process.

*         The minimum performance standard was changed to Satisfactory or higher.

*         A section on Out-Of-Cycle Merit Raise/Merit Payment section was edited to provide better clarity.

*         Minor editorial revisions are made to provide consistency and clarity, and other changes are made to conform to system style guidelines.

*         The procedure 08.01.01.R0.01 was developed in to a rule to reflect changes in System Regulation 08.01.01.
