eCollege "Timeout" Issue - Clear Browser's Cache/Cookies
What is happening?
* There are reports of users receiving a "Timeout" error when trying to access eCollege once they are logged into myLeo.

When:
* Thursday, April 21, 2016 at approximately 7:55 a.m.
Services/Applications Impacted:
* Pearson LearningStudio (eCollege)
What you need to do:
* This is a "Timeout" issue that results in the user's cache and cookies files needing to be cleared. The issue seems to be isolated to users using the Chrome browser.
