[Students] SATURDAY NIGHT LIGHTS

[Jalan Mayes]

Greetings Lion Community!

In brief, it is an honor and privilege to be joining the Texas A&M University-Commerce community. As your new athletics director, it is my sincere hope that you - along with family and friends - will be joining us at Memorial Stadium on Saturday night for an historic evening. Our No. 15 ranked Lion football team will host No. 16 Angelo State in a crucial Lone Star Conference showdown. In addition to its importance in the LSC standings, the game will be broadcast nationally on ESPN3.com and the WatchESPN app as the NCAA Division II Game of the Week.

To be certain, your attendance will help us show off our campus, our community, and our Lion Pride to a national audience. Please consider supporting our talented student-athletes on Saturday night at 7 p.m. and take advantage of the best entertainment value in Northeast Texas. Bring your family and friends and enjoy an evening of tailgating, family fun, and fellowship.

After all, #WeAreLions!

With Lion Pride,

Tim
