Good afternoon, Ms. Potter -

I have just spoken with the financial aid office regarding my classes and I
was informed I would be responsible for covering the cost of my upcoming
class coming up July 13th. I have drop that class and since I have financial
aid support for the Fall semester, I am hoping to register at that time. Are
you able to verify for me both Summer I and II classes have been dropped and
that I will be able to register for Fall classes when the time comes? Or,
direct me to the person who can give me the information.

Students, 
See the dates for the coming May Mini semester below.
Also note that May Minis are far different than regular semesters. Students
who want to drop their May  Mini course after the course has begun will need
to submit a withdrawal form, since it is your only class. A withdrawal means
that you are withdrawing not just from a class but from the whole semester
(all of your classes).
Note that the refund percentages do not work the same as a drop (the first
day of classes will only grant an 80% refund). For that reason, you will
need to drop any  May Mini course before  the course begins if  you wish to
be fully refunded. 
In order to withdraw after the course has begun, you will need to submit a
withdrawal form. I have attached the form in this message for your
convenience. 
See the dates below and let the Registrar¹s Office know if you have any
additional questions.
