Reminder from the Registrar's Office:
February 4 is the last day to drop a 16 week class or classes (while remaining enrolled in at least one class), with a 100% refund and no grade.

Register for Safe Spaces Ally Training 101
First training held: February 2nd from 12-1pm in RSC Traditions
The mission of the Texas A&M University-Commerce Safe Spaces Ally Project is to enhance the campus and community climate in order to create a safer, freer, and more welcoming environment for all individuals regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.

Safe Spaces Training consists of four 1-hour training sessions. Registration is required. Go to the Safe Spaces Ally Project website from the home page of the University webpage and locate Safe Spaces Ally Project under Current Students tab.

Mane Event Preview Day- Sign Up/Volunteers
We all know personal connections make the best impression. Come help us make a positive impression on prospective students and their families at the Mane Event Preview Day on Saturday, March 7th.
Students, faculty and staff volunteers are needed to serve as greeters, attend programmatic breakout sessions, and talk with students and their families over lunch. Your presence is crucial to bringing new faces to campus.

Departments and student organizations are encouraged to sign up to participate in the Department & Student Activities Showcase from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Rayburn Student Center Conference Rooms. To register your group for a table at the showcase or for more information about volunteering at Mane Event, e-mail Kelly.Smith at tamuc.edu<mailto:Kelly.Smith at tamuc.edu>.

Secret Admirer Special ft. Jinahie & Hana Pestle
Time: 7:00 PM-9:00 PM
Location: RSC Traditions
Need help with Valentine's Day plans and are short on funds? Bring that special someone to CAB's Secret Admirer Special. Jinahie, a spoken word artist, and Hana Pestle, a singer/songwriter, will entertain you throughout the night.

William L. Mayo Prestigious Speaker Series: An Evening with Ruby Bridges
Time: 7:00 PM-8:00 PM
Location: Ferguson Auditorium
Cost: Free for Students | $5 Faculty/Staff | $10 Community
Join us as we celebrate the 50th Anniversary of integration on our campus, with the story of Ruby Bridges, the first African-American to attend an all-white elementary school in the South.
