Unscheduled Outage Alert – eCollege UPDATE

What happened?:
Pearson LearningStudio (eCollege) experienced intermittent connectivity issues which has been resolved. We continue to monitor eCollege system to maintain operational status. Thank you for your continued patience!

When:
Approximately 11:35am the Center for Faculty Excellence and Innovation (CFEI) reported connectivity issue with eCollege. The CFEI worked with Pearson Technical teams to resolve the issue.

Services/Applications Impacted:

·         LearningStudio (eCollege)

·         MyLabs content
