Becoming Socially Successful Group
Time: 10:00 AM-11:30 AM, every Wednesday
Location: Counseling Center
This is an 8 week group that will meet every Wednesday from 10AM-11:30AM.  Learn to become more comfortable and confidant in social situation.  Please contact the Counseling Center for more information no later than February 13th.

TIME TO SIGN UP FOR DANCE MARATHON!!!
Help raise money for the local Boys and Girls Club by having a team for the 2nd Annual Dance Marathon! DM will take place on March 6th from 12:00pm - 12:00am. All teams may register online by filling out a simple form to get started. You will be contacted by the Dance Marathon Committee about upcoming dates and preparations for the event.

Mane Event Preview Day- Sign Up/Volunteers
We all know personal connections make the best impression. Come help us make a positive impression on prospective students and their families at the Mane Event Preview Day on Saturday, March 7th.  Students, faculty and staff volunteers are needed to serve as greeters, attend programmatic breakout sessions, and talk with students and their families over lunch. Your presence is crucial to bringing new faces to campus.

Departments and student organizations are encouraged to sign up to participate in the Department & Student Activities Showcase from 12:30 p.m.  2 p.m. in the Rayburn Student Center Conference Rooms. National Society of Leadership and Success: Sigma Alpha Pi
Time: 6:00 PM-7:30 PM
Location: Ferguson Auditorium
Cost: Free
The National Society of Leadership and Success will be hosting the first broadcast of Dan Harris, as he presents 10% Happier. Harris is one of the most respected broadcast journalists in the news world. He is a correspondent for ABC News, an anchor for Nightline and co-anchor for the weekend edition of Good Morning America. He is the winner of both an Emmy Award and the Edward R. Murrow Award and the Author of New York, #1 Best Seller, 10% Happier. Harris suffered a live on air panic attack that lead him to go on a journey to learn about self-awareness and meditation. In his 10% Happier presentation, Harris will be speaking about happiness, mindfulness and the balance between ambition and contentment.

This would be a great opportunity for student to learn some helpful tips in life from a successful and positive role model like Harris.

The event will start at exactly 6:00 pm, but the doors will be open at 5:30 pm. Please try to come on time if you can.
