Crime Statistics
A copy of Texas A&M-Commerce's annual security report can be obtained at www.tamuc.edu/crimestats<http://www.tamuc.edu/crimestats>
If you do not wish to obtain the report over the internet, you may contact the University Police Department at 903-886-5868. The report includes statistics for the previous three years and includes crime data for on campus and public property immediately adjacent to the university. The report also includes institutional policies concerning campus security, and policies concerning sexual assault, and other matters.
Emergency Notification
The Pride Alert Warning System (PAWS) is a free mass notification system in which students, faculty and staff can sign up to participate. PAWS is capable of voice, email and text message delivery of emergency messages.

In the unlikely event of a campus emergency, all participants in PAWS will receive direct notification of the situation along with instructions.

You can sign up through the MyLeo portal. Select Options, then PAWS. You may also unsubscribe this way as well. For immediate removal of subscription email paws at tamu-commerce.edu<mailto:paws at tamu-commerce.edu>.
