TODAY, MARCH 28TH IS THE LAST DAY TO DROP INDIVIDUAL COURSES FOR THE
FULL 16 WEEK SPRING SEMESTER!!!!! 

 

DROP PROCEDURE FOR ALL STUDENTS - PLEASE READ

 

Students who are eligible and enrolled in more than one class may now
drop their classes with a "Q" drop grade with the submission of a drop
form.  Students will have to complete a Drop/Add form, get advising
approvals manually, and turn in to the 

Registrar's Office for processing.  The Drop/Add form is located online
at:
http://www.tamuc.edu/admissions/registrar/documents/2012AddDropForm.pdf.


 

The deadline to drop with a "Q" drop grade (for the 16 week regular
Spring term) 

is TODAY March 28th.  We are now past the deadline to drop a class for a
full refund, unless 

the class is in a sub-term that has not started yet.  Please see the
Academic Calendar at:
https://ems.tamuc.edu/MasterCalendar/MasterCalendar.aspx for all other
sub-term drop deadlines.

 

If you are only enrolled in one class or need to get out of all your
classes, you will not be able to drop. Instead you will need a
withdrawal form, as you are withdrawing totally from the semester.  The
Withdrawal Form is available at:
http://www.tamuc.edu/admissions/registrar/documents/WithdrawalForm.pdf  

These forms must be turned in to the Registrars' Office by the
withdrawal deadline of April 25th for processing.  There will be no
refund for withdrawals
