Hello Lions,
Would you like to learn ways to build your global competence?
The Quality Enhancement Plan knows how to do just that!
The QEP seeks to build global competence by "Preparing Students for an
Interconnected World, " which can help facilitate personal development.
A recommendation to build your development and global competence:
increase your attentiveness to diversity. To do this, "Challenge a peer
who may stereotype others, and encourage him/her to respect differences
in other, listen to music from other countries or regions, or examine
your unconscious personal biases, erroneous judgments and ponder how
these attitudes developed. Learn about your personal implicit
associations and biases at https://implicit.harvard.edu/implicit/
<https://implicit.harvard.edu/implicit/> " (GCAA).
