[Students] CITE- 24/7 Call Center

The Center for IT Excellence (CITE) is proud to announce 24/7 Call
Center availability beginning Monday, April 21st, 2014!  

 

Support Center Technicians will be available for phone and email support
24 hours a day, 7 days a week (excluding University closures and
scheduled school holidays).  Walk-in services will continue to be
available 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday in the Business Administration
Building, Room 156.

 

To access the CITE Call Center, dial 6000 from any campus phone or
903-468-6000.  You may also email the Support Center at
helpdesk at tamuc.edu <mailto:helpdesk at tamuc.edu> .
