[TAMU-Commerce Students]

Leadership Engagement & Development (L.E.A.D.)
<http://www.tamuc.edu/lead> is proud to present the 'Leadership Tip of
the Week.' This time around, our words of wisdom come from the Executive
Director of Campus Life and Student Development, Tim Willett.

Tim believes this motto: "A leader is only as good as his team." -George
W. Bush

Are you interested in building ownership and buy-in from all members of
your organization? Tim gives you a few reasons why transparency is
