Outage Alert

 

What is happening?

DegreeWorks application requires an outage to install additional memory.


When is it happening?

Thursday, November 28, 2013 from 6:00 am - 9:00 am Central Time. 

Services/Applications Impacted:

*         DegreeWorks

 

Why is it Happening?

Additional memory is being added to the server that DegreeWorks is
running on. This will allow us to upgrade to a newer version of
DegreeWorks at a later time.

Services Not Impacted:

Internet, Telephone, and related services will not be impacted.

What you need to do:

If you experience other technical problems after 9:00 AM CT, please
contact IT Support Center
