What is happening?

ResLife Internet services will have disruption of wireless access
services due to maintenance upgrade. 

When is it happening?

Tuesday, November 26, 2013 from midnight  - Wednesday, November 27th,
1:00 a.m. Central Time. 

Services/Applications Impacted:

All application services including:

*         ResLife Wireless Internet

 

Why is it Happening?

The Internet provider for TAMUC is upgrading the software versions on
the routing equipment that serves the wireless network in ResLife.  

Services Not Impacted:

Internet services may have only brief disruptions of services. Telephone
and related services will not be impacted.

What you need to do:

If you experience other technical problems after 1:00 AM CT, please
contact IT Support Center
