The Lower Mountain Fork is a beautiful river just a few hours away from Commerce.
There is a short section of the river with arguably the best rapids in Oklahoma,
 and the consistently clear, cool water attracts visitors year round. The beautiful
scenery around the stream makes this an enjoyable trip for anyone regardless of 
their skill level or experience.

If you would like to join us, please sign up at the MRC Business Office
*Cost includes round trip transportation, meals while not on the road, access fees,
camping gear, and canoe gear.
