Phone Outage Alert

What is happening?

There will be a regular scheduled maintenance outage to conduct routine
phone maintenance.

When is it happening?

Friday, July 19, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Central Time. 

Services/Applications Impacted:

Example: Systems affected are:

.         Phone calls

.         Vmail

.         Call in process (ringing, etc) may be disrupted 

Why is it happening?

Regular scheduled maintenance to perform maintenance updates.

Services Not Impacted:

All other applications and services will not be impacted. ResNet, Internet
services and Call in progress will be fine.

What you need to do:

If you experience other technical problems after 6:00 p.m. CST, please
contact the IT Support Center at 903-468-6000 or
