SUMMER II 2013-JULY 8 TO AUGUST 8
DROP / WITHDRAWAL DEADLINES
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A "DROP" AND A "WITHDRAWAL"?
A "DROP" is dropping a single class, but remaining enrolled in at least
one other class. Drop deadlines are set much earlier than withdrawal
deadlines, so be sure and review these prior to the first day of the
semester.
DEADLINES FOR DROP IN SUMMER II:
* DROP WITH 100% REFUND: JULY 11, 2013 (FOR DEFINITION OF DROP SEE
ABOVE)
* DROP WITH NO REFUND AND "Q" AS A GRADE: JULY 25, 2013
A "WITHDRAWAL" is when you are only enrolled in a single class (or many
classes), needing to get out of the semester entirely, and will no
longer be enrolled. If the semester has already begun, students wishing
to drop their only class must obtain a Withdrawal Form and fax (or
deliver) to the Registrar's Office for processing. A withdrawal only
means you are withdrawing from the term (not the University). The
Withdrawal Form is located at:

* WITH 80% REFUND: JULY 10, 2013
* WITH 50% REFUND: JULY 16, 2013
* WITH NO REFUND, WITHDRAWAL DEADLINE: AUGUST 1, 2013
*AUGUST 1ST WILL BE THE WITHDRAWAL DEADLINE FOR SUMMER II.
