PEER MENTORS NEEDED!!!

Peer Mentorship is both an academic and social student organization
dedicated to helping freshmen and transfer students develop their
potential to achieve academic success.

 

 It strives to enhance academic achievement, interpersonal skills,
personal development, self-esteem, confidence, critical thinking skills,
communication skills among freshmen and transfer students by engaging
upperclassmen in mentorship roles.

 

Qualifications to Apply:

*         Have a minimum 3.0 semester GPA

*         Be in good standing with the university, both academically and
disciplinary

*         Be classified as a sophomore or higher by the time of
application

*         Be available to attend training and meeting at all times

*         Exhibit leadership, a high degree of maturity, energy,
professionalism and flexibility

*         Possess the ability to communicate effectively both verbally
and in writing
