ANNOUNCING... Information Technology's New Online "Service Feedback
Survey" 

 

In order to provide the best possible IT Service, IT has developed a new
online survey that we hope all of our customers will utilize to provide
us feedback on how well they believe their service was handled after
their ticket has been completed.

 

The questionnaire was designed to take only a couple of minutes to
complete. To further our efforts at improving our service to you, we
look to you to provide us with your comments, and please don't hesitate
to make suggestions for improved service ideas.
