UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIPS UPDATE....

 

NEW GENERAL AND DEPARTMENTAL SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES HAVE RECENTLY
BEEN ADDED TO THE ACADEMIC WORKS SCHOLARSHIP PORTAL, PARTICULARLY FOR
FRESHMEN, AND THE FOLLOWING DEPARTMENTS:  JOURNALISM, HEALTH & HUMAN
PERFORMANCE, ECONOMICS/FINANCE, ACCOUNTING AND ATHLETICS.   MORE WILL BE
COMING IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS.

*       IF YOU HAVE NOT APPLIED, YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO DO SO.  

*       IF YOU HAVE APPLIED, YOU SHOULD LOG IN TO CHECK FOR ANY NEW
OPPORTUNITIES THAT MAY BE RECOMMENDED FOR YOU BY CLICKING ON THE
"OPPORTUNITIES" TAB, THEN THE "RECOMMENDED" TAB.

 

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS IS APRIL 12.  

 

 

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

You begin by completing our General Scholarship Application, accessible
through the myLEO student portal. Complete, detailed instructions are
provided when you access the "Apply for Scholarships" link in myLEO.
You must be an admitted student for 2013-2014 in order to complete a
scholarship application.

*       Old myLeo:
Log in and select "Apply for Scholarship" in the top myLeo section.

*       New myLeo:
Log in. Under the Quick Launch Navigation select, "Financial Resources",
"Apply for a Scholarship".

*       First time users will need to use the "Sign- Up" button located
on the upper right side of the page. Use your university email address
to set up the account. Once you sign-up, you will receive a confirmation
email in your university email account which will link you to the
scholarship application to begin the process.  After you have signed up,
and confirmed your email, you will be able to access the portal each
time through the "Sign-In" button.
