Greetings Lions,

We hope you are enjoying your LeoMail 2.0. This is a friendly reminder
that Friday, September 14 is the last day you will be able to access
your old leomail, leo.tamu-commerce.edu.  

 

If you haven't done so, please be sure to look through your old inbox to
make sure you did not leave any important emails you wish to keep.

 

If you need assistance with importing your saved emails, visit our
tutorial:

**NOTE: You will not be able to forward your saved emails from your old
inbox to your new.  New email, Forwarding, and Replying are not
available features within your old email. Utilizing the importing
tutorial is your best tool to keep what you wish.**

 

If you have not been successful with importing your saved emails using
this tutorial, please contact IT.PMO at tamuc.edu with your issue. Please
include your CWID and name. Screen shots are encouraged to expedite the
solution^.

^How to send a screen shot - 

For PCs

1. Press the key "Print Screen"

2. Open a new word document.

3. File >> Paste

4. Save the document and attach it with your email.

 

For Macs

1. Have the screen you want to capture at the forefront.

2. Open the PREVIEW application.

3. File >> Take Screen Shot

4. Choose between the methods you want to capture the issue.

5. Save the document and attach it with your email.
