We wanted to make you aware of a course we are teaching Summer 1 called
"Bullying as a Public Health Issue." This is a very serious topic right
now in school, community, and public health. Many employers are training
their workers to better understand and address bullying. It stands to
reason these same employers would hold a favorable view of academic
training in this area. By examining the issue from the public health
perspective, we will be exploring valuable case studies and theories
that can be applied in a multitude of settings. If you have interest in
the course, we would be happy to answer any questions you may have. We
are teaching the course on a special topics basis this summer.

We look forward to seeing you in class.
