[Students] Shed & Shred and Boot Camp classes begin this week!

Get in your best shape with summer contracted fitness classes. Each
class is four weeks long and includes a pre- and post- fitness
assessment.

 

Shed & Shred classes begin TODAY!

Monday/Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm

 

Boot Camp classes begin TOMORROW!

Tuesday/Thursday 6:00-7:00am

 

Pricing:

Students $25

Faculty/staff/community: $35

 

All classes will meet the first day in MRC for fitness assessments and
orientation. Registration deadline is Tues. June 12th; registrations
received after Tuesday will be assessed a $10 late fee. Register at MRC
business center, 7am to 7pm Monday through Friday. You do not need to
have a membership to the MRC to participate.
