[Students] Virtual Web Scheduling

Rayburn Student Center reservation access made easier and available 24/7
online!

 

We are pleased to announce that beginning in the Spring, all
reservations will be made via the virtual web at ems.tamu-commerce.edu.
Many of our University community have been utilizing the online feature
for over a year now!  Advantages to the online system include ease of
access, scheduling accuracy, and events posted on the University
Calendar.

 

It will be necessary for all those individuals who reserve rooms and
campus lawns to attend one of the training dates conducted by Todd
Avery.  You will be provided a login and password at the training
session for scheduling purposes.  Dates are listed below for your
convenience:

 

Tuesday, January 10th | 3:00 - 4:00 PM | BA #339

Thursday, January 12th | 10:00 - 11:00 AM | BA #339

Wednesday, January 18th | 2:00 - 3:00 PM | BA #339

Monday, January 23rd | 2:15 - 3:15 PM | BA #339

Friday, January 27th | 2:00 - 3:00 PM | BA #339

Wednesday, February 1st | 2:00 - 3:00 PM | BA #339
